Order Process

Call or e-mail us to place your order. Because each piece is made entirely by hand, it may take 4 to 6 weeks to create your order if your color choice is not in stock.

Shipping Information

We ship our pottery UPS. We package each piece, get the UPS shipping charge, add $2.00 for packaging and handling and charge your credit card. Each piece is insured.

What is a custom order?

If you have something in mind that you want, either a specific size of something we already make or something completely different, give us a call and we can work with you on a design to meet your needs.
